spittle Posted September 29, 2014 Posted September 29, 2014 You can see that roof is made out of loads of rectangular shapes. This is what your mesh needs to look like. I think the best best is I poly model this and start pulling verts and edges around. Simplify it a lot - create one polygon for every x number in the photo. Block out a rough, crude mesh using only 4 sided polygons and then refine it. At the end stick a turbosmooth modifier on your mesh to make it smooth. Quote
Andrew1979 Posted January 1, 2016 Posted January 1, 2016 i agree with spittle. I would create a simple plane, convert it to poly, then add edge loops as need to pull the edges and vertices into position. Then apply a shell modifier and turbo smooth modifier Quote
