Surveyor2014 Posted August 27, 2014 Posted August 27, 2014 Good Afternoon, I am currently drawing elevations from a point cloud clipping which was acquired by a FARO Scanner. As I am drawing the elevation from the point cloud data, the point cloud as well as the line work which has been produced, is moving side to side and shifting out of place. See this link for video of this happening: Does anyone know why this is happening and what to do to resolve this issue? Thank you in advance for your help Quote
Tyke Posted August 28, 2014 Posted August 28, 2014 That happens sometimes after using PAN in 2014. Why, I don't know, but if I press the Esc key a couple of times then it stops. It has nothing with the point cloud. Quote
Surveyor2014 Posted August 28, 2014 Author Posted August 28, 2014 Thank you for your help but this doesn't solve our issue Quote
RobDraw Posted August 28, 2014 Posted August 28, 2014 It's very hard to tell what you are talking about from the video. It looks like you are panning or orbiting and the graphics are getting out of whack. My guess it is an inadequate video card or RAM issue rather than AutoCAD. Quote
