ReMark Posted August 4, 2014 Posted August 4, 2014 Sounds like you have a bad install. You can try a REPAIR of installation. Quote

ReMark Posted August 4, 2014 Posted August 4, 2014 AutoDesk has a multi-step procedure for uninstalling their software. Did you follow that procedure to the letter? Quote
rajivkha2007 Posted August 4, 2014 Author Posted August 4, 2014 ya i have delete user files also by uninstallation process Quote
ReMark Posted August 4, 2014 Posted August 4, 2014 That doesn't sound like you followed the complete procedure to me. Unless you do ever step of the process, in order, you are setting yourself up for failure. Quote
rajivkha2007 Posted August 4, 2014 Author Posted August 4, 2014 beleive me i did.. again i am uninstalling it again Quote
ReMark Posted August 4, 2014 Posted August 4, 2014 This is the procedure you should be following. Read it carefully. Follow it exactly. http://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to-remove-all-Autodesk-products-from-a-Windows-system.html When you do install AutoCAD create a Windows Restore point first then temporarily disable the UAC and your anti-virus program. If the problem doesn't finally go away you may have to wipe your hard drive and start all over from scratch. Where did you get your copies of AutoCAD 2007 and 2012? Quote
rajivkha2007 Posted August 4, 2014 Author Posted August 4, 2014 thanks buddy i follow the step and re install it now its as earlier thanks a lot Quote
rajivkha2007 Posted August 4, 2014 Author Posted August 4, 2014 can i use to different auto cad version in same PC. is it okay or it will create any problem Quote
ReMark Posted August 4, 2014 Posted August 4, 2014 There should be no problem. I've had as many as five different versions on one computer. However, before installing the second version create a Windows Restore point. Quote
