Help with flex part

Hello, I would like to bend a flexible piece like that. I have used the Flex tool but the result is very imprecise.

What tool or method you can suggest to me?

You should use the sheet metal tool for this as opposed to solid modelling.

Draw out the contour, add material thickness, unfold and trim out the "v" shape then fold back to the original shape.

 

(sorry for the poor example, I only had a few minutes to do it)

For this example I finally use the Wrap tool, but this method is not useful for other pieces
