Connect to Mysql he future class doesn't exists

Hi

 

I am using autocad map 2014

 

I am try to get data from Mysql I can connect but can not select any data

it is Gray and show messages = the future class doesn't exists

 

do anyone know how to fix this

 

 

in the table I have

Street name

housenumber

number

X

Y
