Help for developing Hatch in an ASCII file

Hello, I am trying to generate an ASCII DXF file with the Notepad++ editor.

I wanted to draw a very simple hatched area. My problem is that no DXF viewer is able to draw anything with the code that I have written into the ASCII file.

Somebody can tell me what is wrong in my DXF file??
