I just go through the abbreviation CESMM4 which stand for the

(Civil Engineering Standard Method of Measurement 4th Edition.).

 

 

I just want to inquire for what purpose it is used for design, for quantity, or for quality purpose?

 

 

Or any other standard ?

CESMM4 is considered the standard for the preparation of bills of quantities in civil engineering work.
