Snap settings not saving in Dline

Hi I wonder if anyone can help me again. The dialogue window opens in the Dline command when I switch Osnap on, but the setting I make aren't saved. They work only once.

Are you using DLine.lsp by any chance?

 

Once you have invoked DLine your OSnap settings will be cleared. When you exit DLine your OSnap settings will be restored. That's how the command works.

Not sure about 'LSP' I have LT 2009.

Please change your Profile as it says AutoCAD 2008 which I, and others, take to mean "full" AutoCAD.

 

Despite the fact I'm pretty sure DLine in LT works as I described.

It just means a massive amount of typing without osnap : (

I'm having to type int, perp, etc at each operation of dline

Given that you are using LT you cannot change the way the command works whereas I can edit the DLine.lsp program I use if I so desired.

 

You might want to create some shortcut keys for your OSnaps to make life easier.
