It can also convert drawings with an Educational stamp, something that the later versions of DWG Trueview are unable to do.

I am unable to open file say 2010 because file is created in 2014 version.

I install some plugin (software) who convert it into the 2010 and I open it in 2010.

Now you are asking for an installed method. You should try DWG Trueview 2015.

That Framework is a library required to run applications developed in .Net; for AutoCAD 2014 was required a previous version.

You may find said library at Microsoft, free of charge.
