How do I draw this?

Hi I'm just wondering how I can draw this? I only got part of the drawing though I don't know how to do the rest. Thank you.

I would have started with the centerline construction first.

Draw a bunch of TTR circles and trim away.

That there was no dimension from the center of the hook to the collar on the shaft initially threw me, so rather than working from the shaft down, I constructed the hook farther down than necessary then moved it up. After the fact, realized I how I could have built it in place, but I don't think it would have been any faster.
