Quibla Direction

I hope somebody can help me to draw this quibla direction in auto cad using degree/minutes/seconds method.

If you make a UCS which has the variation in the bearing then you can input bearings either your UCS or World. Draw a line new brg then UCS OB UCS save Qibla PLAN.

Please can you explain me little more about, how to draw a line in new brg.

we have to change the units to degree/minutes/seconds?
