ilarson007 Posted March 28, 2014 Posted March 28, 2014 Hello all. I am trying to make a few simple drawings for some tooling and when I attempted to plot the drawings, they did not appear as I wanted them to. I wanted to plot this: And I received this: I am using AutoCAD 2012. The wireframe-like viewports are set to "Hidden" with "VSOBSCUREDEDGES=1" Top left iso view is set to "X-Ray." Quote
abraCADabra Posted April 1, 2014 Posted April 1, 2014 The lines are most likely on a "non print" layer. Try switching all of the lines that dont print to "0" layer to verify. Quote
abraCADabra Posted April 1, 2014 Posted April 1, 2014 and if you dont know how to do that, just select all of the lines, then go to layer properties, and click on the layer window, and search for layer "0" layer. It should be the first one on the list. Once you select the "0" layer, try printing again, and all the lines should show up. Hope that helps Quote
ReMark Posted April 2, 2014 Posted April 2, 2014 I don't necessarily agree with the explanation/advice given by abraCADabra. Attach a copy of the drawing to your next post and someone here will take a look at it. Quote
Organic Posted April 2, 2014 Posted April 2, 2014 Are you plotting transparency? There is an option to plot it in the plot window (far right hand side). Quote
