jonsteve Posted March 19, 2014 Posted March 19, 2014 I have been looking for a lisp routine to select 3 dimensions and 3 text items and put them back into the dwg in a row. I'm working in paper space so I have to pick the dimension text not the entity. Any help would be great. I just need a basic start in the correct direction. Thanks Quote
BlackBox Posted March 19, 2014 Posted March 19, 2014 Not sure I fully understand your situation... Have you tried the CHSPACE Command? Quote
jonsteve Posted March 19, 2014 Author Posted March 19, 2014 I would like to be able to pick 3 dimensions and 3 text items and print them ia a row so I could cpoy and paste it into a bill of materials table in the model or another layout. Because the details are in paper space I can't pick the entity I have to pick the dimension and get its value. I have most of the time 30-40 layouts so going from each one and typing the 3 dimensions and the 3 text items takes a long time and is prone to typos. Each layout has between 1 to 4 parts on each one so it would help me a great deal Quote
