If I use our stb to plot to our printer, the print looks right. If I plot it using “DWG To PDF.pc3” the lines are lighter.

Any suggestions?

I can switch to using ctb's instead.

Did you plot the PDF to paper? They usually look different on a monitor than they do on paper.

The drawing was ploted from AutoCAD to the printer. Then it was plotted to “DWG To PDF.pc3”. Once the PDF was made it was printed to the same printer. The PDF print matches what was displayed on the screen, but it does not match the one in which it was sent right to the printer.

The hatch in the clients logo isn't solid in the PDF print, and the line weights are much lighter.

I'm going to assume you did not change anything other than the plotter but check to make sure that all the settings are the same in the plot dialog box. Also, check the properties for the DWG to PDF plotter. I would look in the graphics section and make sure that lines merge is on.
