where can i find dimension tool for Bearing & Distance Lines for survey map in AutoCAD? i drew this line and i want to verify if the bearing degree is right or not. the length and bearing shown on the picture came from my Mtext that i just typed it in.

I use LI command, it listed the Length but no the degree.

Press F2 you will find the bearing is listed you may only see 1 line of about 5 lines of info in your normal screen you can make the bottom info lines bigger by dragging.

Re labelling theres lot of lisp's available start by searching for "label lines" you need a foot version I only have metric.

I think I have it right here. It was uploaded and offered by someone on the forum a while in the past. The lisp programs and other files in this folder should get you there. There is even a help file for the labeling program.

I selected obj and then selected F2, it did not list any bearing or degree, it only showed the length 229.98" and other infomation that i don't need to know.

Save the files in a new folder, then in AutoCAD use the option command to open the options and under the Files tab in the support files add that folder. Then use the APPLOAD command and browse to the LLB2.lsp and click load. Then type in LLB2. You might want to read the LBL2.txt that's part of the zip as well.

Yeah, what Murph said. You now know how to run Lisp programs.
