JD Mather
Attach the ipt file of what you have completed so far. Find the red End of Part marker in the feature browser. Drag the red EOP to the top of the feature tree hiding all features. Save the file with the EOP in this rolled up state. Right click on the file name and select Send to Compressed (zipped) folder. Attach the resulting *.zip file here.

ecshclark
I think a loft would be the easiest way. Project a 3D section curve onto the cone, this will be the loft center rail. Create 2D sections at each end of the the rail for your cutting profiles. Loft, radius the corners, circular pattern those features, shell the bottle. I didn't spend much time getting the geometry to match yours, but close enough as an example.
JD Mather
OP posted on multiple forums and didn't continue the discussion on any of them. I am sure the OP has long since downloaded from GRABCAD or somewhere and turned in the assignment.
