bababarghi Posted January 24, 2014 Posted January 24, 2014 I was wondering if I could find a way to change some of installed add-ins icons in AutoCAD 2014 plug-ins tab. Quote
BIGAL Posted January 24, 2014 Posted January 24, 2014 Try XNresource editor there are quite a few of these programs around let you steal bitmaps out of code etc and modify. I would be wary of trying to edit a bitmap within compiled code if you do make a back up of file. Quote
BlackBox Posted January 25, 2014 Posted January 25, 2014 FWIW - If a RibbonPanel has been added to the plug-ins tab, then you likely have an "app" loaded via the Autoloader mechanism... Autoloader only loads from specific local disc folders, and each app is loaded from their parent *.bundle folder, which is where both the app's resources (i.e., images, icons, etc.), as well as the Autodesk Exchange Apps Store required CUIx file (which may contain the BMP icon resource also).
