Vba Macro : automatic create Squaring and cartouche (Sheet)

How can i create a Vba macro then can i choice in a drop down menu the Squaring format (A4 (210x297),A3 (210x420),...); and in other drop down menu the choice of Cartouche-Sheet (Manufacturing, Mechanical...) and after my choices with a "click" of mouse in the screen for insert all?

Iin this macro i wanna put a combo box where i have some Squaring format (A4 (210x297),A3 (210x420),...); and in other combobox some Cartouche-Sheet format (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical...) and after i click OK button with a "left click" of mouse in the screen i can insert

yah want pick from first combobox (format A4 (210x297),A3 (210x420),...); and pick from second combobox (Cartouche-Sheet Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical...) and after my pick insert in my layout with a mouse click
