is there a lisp where you can extract blocks name and blocks quantity from autocad to excel selecting them by window?

Please check the Express tools command BCOUNT - press to see the entire report and just copy-paste it into Excel.

It is most useful. :D

 

That combined with your tlen.lsp one is a handy one for taking off quantities quickly for stormwater drainage and sewer/water reticulation systems.

 

I probably only use about 5% of your lisp programs although the ones I do use are handy and save time/make things easier.
