How do I get the above toolbar back down? I've tried clicking and dragging it... I don't know how I got it down. If it does, then you should SAVE your workspace and give it an appropriate name. You may want to save it Locked, or not, and either Static or Dynamic, meaning it automatically remembers any changes you make to your workspace layout.
