How to make an existing block annotative

Hi,

 

I created an dynamic block few weeks ago and forgot to make it annotative.

I try the ddchprop command, switch annotative to yes but it automatically immediately switch back to no.

 

Could anyone help me with this please?

Just open in the block editor and open Properties Palette and switch Annotative to Yes. (Do not select anything in the block editor)
