As far as I know everyone has the latest SP installed. I'll double check though.

 

Everyone now has the latest service pack installed.

 

Enable hardware acceleration and then see if there is a difference.

 

They have also enabled hardware acceleration. I'll let you guys know how it goes in a few hours

Have you checked for updated drivers for the video card?

 

What is the speed of the RAM in your laptop? Have you checked for an update to the BIOS?

Just checked and both are up to date.

The speed of the RAM is 1800MHz.

Did enabling hardware acceleration result in any changes?
