Problem with rendering ,bad results when assigning materials

PERSPECTIVE set to 1

LIGHTINGUNITS set to 2

 

if im not assigning materials it looks fine , the problem is with materials it looks like this .

another question LIGHTINGUNITS connected some how to the sun ??

tried couple of metrials same results in all of them ,

at the picture you can see all the pipes are rendered with materials and the accessories are without

switch off the lighting settings and return to default lighting, save settings and close the dwg. when it responds to the new settings, try again putting the lights all over again, but make sure you bring in shadows and forget daylight settings. if it doesnt work then i am bumped, because your rendering picture is downright weird, i would have said your lighting is too close but the contrast matter is out of this world.
