Hi, I'm new in CadTutor and new in the AutoCad world.

I need how to convert an AutoCad_2010 file dwg to EPS. I have tried a lot of tutorials and I've visited a lot of websites and the result is this:

When I start the process I do: File/Wizard Plot and configure a new Plot. The Plot that I configure is "Post Script Level 2" because "Level 1"and "Level 1 Plus" doesn't offers good results.

When I go to File/Plot I use the following information:

(I use ISOA0 for paper size because if I use A4 the result is very bad)

And the result is this when I open the file with Illustrator CS6.

You can seethe lines in the shadow and how the color excel the outline.

Do you know how to get the best result?

I've tried to translate my Spanish version, sorry if there are any mistakes, thanks for your help.

Hi Laje and welcome to the forum!

Until you have a few more posts under your belt, you are limited to only one link in your posts, otherwise they'll end up in the mod-queue (like this one did)

Second, you can upload images onto this site, and place them with your text, it makes it that much quicker to see what you mean.

image hosting sites are not permitted here so I can't look at your examples. You have done what I used to do when I needed EPS files. I no longer have the driver on my machine so can't check anything but do you have an option of changing the image resolution?

Resolution.JPG

This is where you can change resolution on the supplied PDF driver, the post script one may be similar.

You get to that screen from Plot|Properties|Custom Properties|Custom Properties
