Twisting object to determined degrees

Hello all, I am wondering if there is a way to twist an object, I am attaching the picture of the object. Those fins should be at an angle I try coiling it however I do not see an option where I can enter the exact degrees that I can twist the item, they do twist just like I want however I just can't set the degrees I need. I am sure is possible I just do not know how to do it. Thank you all very much in advance.

Coil

Number of turns is translation of angle.

.5 turns = 180° (.5*360)

.25 turns = 90° (.25*360)

 

Therefore by algebra Turns=(desired Angle)/360)

You know your desired Angle, plug it into the formula above and enter as Turns.

Thank you JD I appreciate the help. I must be doing something wrong since I am not getting the angle I want, according to the formula Turns=(desired Angle)/360) if I want 99 degrees should give me, Turns=99/360, Turns=0.275. Now I might not be entering the information in the right place, I am uploading 2 images one of the settings where under the tab "Coil Size" I am entering the "Type" as Revolutions and Height, under "Height" 15.3mm that is the height of my object and "Revolutions" I am entering 0.275. Now if you look at the second image I draw a 99 degree angle and I can see the angle on the coil is way off, what am I doing wrong? Again thank you for your help.

I didn't understand your question. I was thinking from the end view (degrees on a circle).

I have no idea what you are trying to do.

Can you post a picture or the url to a picture of something similar to what you are trying to do?

What is the resultant angle looking from end of part?

Wow thank you JD, you sure a master of your domain. the angle would be 99 degrees if you look from the side, end of part I am new to this I am guessing it means from the top or bottom it would be 36 degrees.
