ReMark Posted September 11, 2013 Posted September 11, 2013 The link is no good. What's so special about the annotation that appears as an image in your post? My guess is it is either a block or a dynamic block. Quote
radh Posted September 11, 2013 Author Posted September 11, 2013 Thanks ReMark for the reply. ... and as a beginner 'the annotation that appears as an image in my post is so special' for me... that's why I posted this thread in the AutoCAD Beginners' Area. The link is no good. What's so special about the annotation that appears as an image in your post? My guess is it is either a block or a dynamic block. Quote
Tuns Posted September 11, 2013 Posted September 11, 2013 I would assume it's an annotative block. They're not hard to make really. There are tutorials online all over the place for annotative blocks. Quote
radh Posted September 11, 2013 Author Posted September 11, 2013 Thanks Tuns ... I thought there would be some inbuilt stuff like the 'Leaders'. Quote
ReMark Posted September 11, 2013 Posted September 11, 2013 I wanted to know if it was a regular block or a dynamic block. Quote
rkent Posted September 11, 2013 Posted September 11, 2013 Assuming you are asking about GD&T, if not ignore. You can use TOLERANCE command for the M and for the other frames, the line and rectangle will be made by you. Draw it and create a block. Multileader would be a good way to go, pretty easy to get set up. Quote
radh Posted September 12, 2013 Author Posted September 12, 2013 Thanks rkent, that was helpful ... now I'll manage Quote
