troubleshooting error message

Hello;

I'm hoping to use this thread as a learning tool. I have often decided to delete and redraw sketches when there's an error msg in order to not spend lots of time troubleshooting. But this cuts out any chance to learn. So I'm just posting this bicycle headset to see if someone can help me learn how to troubleshoot the sketch error. I hope to become a better and more efficient designer as a result.

You will then need to re-attaché the lines to the cylinder.
