Did you perhaps forget to add something to your post? Sorry, I'm not understanding the question.

Usually one draws the line or lines first then prints the drawing. I think you have it backwards linjian.

 

Are you attempting to create a drawing using values stored in a spreadsheet and brought into AutoCAD via a script or a custom lisp routine?
