Hosted points in Revit 2014

I'm trying to figure out how to insert Hosted Points in 2014. The wiki says to click on the Create Tab-Draw Panel. I don't have a Create Tab and when I find the Draw Panel in "Modify" it does not have the points icon shown in the wiki. Anyone been down this road?

Hosted Points are available only in the Conceptual Mass editor, not in a project file or Family Editor. Revit > New > Conceptual Mass, then pick the Mass.rft template from the installed content directory.
