A problem with gizmo direction when working with edit poly

when i am working with edit poly the ucs icon or gizmo appears not with an unusual angle, just like the pictures below:

i don't know how to make it back

please let me know the solution.

Check your reference coordinate system and make sure it's set to "View". If it's set to "Screen" you will experience the type of issues you're showing in your screenshots.
