alijahed Posted November 20, 2008 Posted November 20, 2008 Hi All, the second question 4 to day! I have A.dwg file. with Xref command I attached A.dwg in to B.dwg. I have C.dwg which I want to attached B.dwg in to it but without A.dwg. Is it Possible? In Layer menu in C.dwg I can turn them (A.dwg & B.dwg) on/off but it would be great if there was a way to select a part of a drawing as a Xref not whole the dwg file. I've attached those files. If it is not clear please tell me to explain more. Thanks a lot 4 your help Ali A.dwg B.dwg C.dwg Quote
nocturne00 Posted November 20, 2008 Posted November 20, 2008 Yes its possible, but you must change how the file is xrefed from attachment to overlay. xrefs within xrefs will not be shown when attachment is placed as an overlay. Quote
