Hello. I use autocad 2010 x64 and have strange problem.

I often check nearby polylines for intersection, so i zoom to see ~0.001 meters distance between them, when they have ~200+ meters length. Zoom goes well until some level, then they suddenly changes their position, angle; if one of them is selected, then even some artifacts appears

That's a display issue.

 

You may well find that a REGEN will solve the apparent issue.

 

You may also want to turn off hardware acceleration through your options.

are these elements in the same elevation? may be you are using orbit in your screens-shots..

You might want to have a look at your graphics card and driver.

 

What are your computer specifications?

as far as I remember its Intel i5 with integrated video

Yes, I thought as much on the integrated video, I had similar problems before I got my Quadro 600.

 

You may also like to search the internet for tips on speeding up windows and AutoCAD, many of those tips really improved the overall experience.
