dsibbo Posted May 15, 2013 Posted May 15, 2013 Hello, An architects has sent me over a few of his dwg files and I want to copy them over to our drawings and change layers etc... The problem i've got is his UCS, its been changed around as in the image I usually just click tools - new ucs- view to fix this and get the ucs back to normal and draw straight lines again. I can do this in these files but when I add a border with viewport the model shows at a slant . Can anyone tell me how I get the UCS back to a normal UCS with North at the top and South at the bottom so that when a viewport is added it shows correctly. Thanks Quote

Just tried this and it has now changed the model layout to how the drawing looked in the viewport; slanted. I can work with this though and rotate the building to suit what I need. Thanks again.
