Delete Map Features from Civil 3D

I have these map features in my civil 3d drawing. I try to delete is but it says "1 was filtered out" and it's still there. How do I delete it? I thought maybe it was due to my workspace but it still won't delete even after changing my workspace.

You need to open the data connect dialog and select the connection there and delete from a right click on the connection name.
