Select Lines of same length lisp

Hi every one I'm in desperate need for a lisp that can select lines of similar length. Lisp must prompt for a tolerance on the length of line. eg a range -100mm +100mm of the true length

I have used qselect, select similar and other lisp files online but they still haven't worked for me. anyone who can help?
