jrn Posted March 14, 2013 Posted March 14, 2013 Does anyone know how to make txt orientation match layout without also having annotative scales. I need the txt to be a fixed size according to other drawing objects in different viewports -with different scales - and with different orientation. Sorry for writing messy. Hope someone can help:cry: Quote
Ski_Me Posted March 15, 2013 Posted March 15, 2013 Is the text the same every time or different? You could make a block with attributes and then apply actions to the blocks so the text is always horizontal to the layout x-axis. I would post a sample but I'm too tried to think right now maybe later if I have time. Quote
RobDraw Posted March 15, 2013 Posted March 15, 2013 It sounds like you want something that does what annotative text does but call it something else. Like, how do I draw a line without using the line command? Quote
tombu Posted March 15, 2013 Posted March 15, 2013 You could simply put the text in paper space at the heignt you want. If you want it in model space just use the chspace command. Quote
