It drives the rest of us bonkers when we have to edit them...So I'm probably reaching here, but is there any shortcut for combining them into annotation? Or am I just stuck creating new annotation? Not that I know of, but I would sure like it to exist - you are not the only one plagued with less-than-ideal-work methods in co-workers...
