ERROR: OleManager was not found. (AutoPlant)

Loading of Bently AutoPlant is well, Piping is also, but when i try to open dialog Component References, AutoPlant shows next message in command:

 

Loading the AutoPLANT Component Preferences. Please wait...

Initializing accont (AC_CONTAN18)...

Error loading surrogate process windows manager.

ERROR: OleManager was not found.

 

What is OleManager? How can i solve this problem?

Sounds like a pathing problem and/or sounds like something didn't load correctly.

 

Did you try calling Bentley support?

Yeah, i think so (problem in path), but all things connect with words OleManager, accont and AC_CONTAN18 i can find in register and some ini (may be i found in incorrect places).

 

About "didn't load correctly", i try reinstall AutoPlant with prior to this thorough cleaning - it's not successfull.
