Hi,

 

I was wondering if it was possible to offset the single side / row of an object

 

here a rectangle.

You could Offset one side if the rectangle was comprised of separate lines or polylines. I almost get the impression you want to move that one side in which case Stretch would be the command you want.

I used object to make that rectangle, now i'm using the line tool to recreate the rectangle and its ok I can offset every part of it as I want.

You could have simply Exploded the rectangle - I can't imagine it is very efficient to create a rectangle line-by-line.

Explode the rectangle? didnt know about that function I'll Google it thx!
