Opening RFA files???

I'm working in Archit. desktop 2007 and was given a RFA files for one of my specifiation details

Is there anyway to open this file using my current program.

I was hoping to open it and copy the detail into a current drawing.

RFA files can only be opened by the equivalent version Revit or newer. I don't believe there's a workaround or "free converter" available. So you'd have to have someone with the most recent version of Revit to open them and export as DWG for you to ensure compatibility.
