Hi all,

It sounds ridiculous, but I cannot find where to open the toolspace. In 2010 Civil 3d it was in View>Palettes>Toolspace. That is also where Autodesk Help is having me look.

I have tried the command showts to no avail, it was unrecognized.

I attached a screenshot of my ribbon. Please help if you have any insight.

Thanks

We have multiple versions of civ2013 and one of them would not display TS all built identical we tried everything CUI's different profiles you name it.

Pretty sure fixed it by doing a REPAIR off the install disk Control panel software Acad 2013.

Looks like your screenshot is of the Drafting and Annotation workspace, if you don't have the Civil 3D workspaces make sure you are starting it as Civil3D and not Civil3D as (vanilla) AutoCAD. If your are using the right startup then a repair is needed as Bigal stated.

Excellent. I went to the start menu and it did have a "vanilla/basic" Civil3D that my pc was evidently defaulting to. I appreciate both of your helpful tips. I can finally move forward.

Glad it works.

I moved all the un necessary icons off the desktop put in to a safe spot on drive, so users only have 1 Autocad option.
