AutoCad Student Posted December 8, 2012 Posted December 8, 2012 Finally Im logged in!! It takes me 10-15 tries to get logged in every time. I've sent a few emails to the administrator but I never get a reply!! I can create this new thread but I can't reply to my own thread. This happens multiple times each day. What can I do to resolve this problem? Quote
ReMark Posted December 8, 2012 Posted December 8, 2012 What browser are you using? Your best bet is to post your problem in the Feedback forum. Quote
Dadgad Posted December 9, 2012 Posted December 9, 2012 Have you checked REMEMBER ME, or something to that effect, when logging in? Once you do that, a cookie is set so that you should log in effortlessly every time. Quote
AutoCad Student Posted December 9, 2012 Author Posted December 9, 2012 yep, tried that. Seems I'm logged in at the moment. This is making me crazy! I might re-register with a new log on name, etc. Quote
Dadgad Posted December 9, 2012 Posted December 9, 2012 Do you LOG OUT? I never log out, I just close the tab, or shutdown, go offline, or whatever. In that way I never have to LOG IN. Quote
AutoCad Student Posted December 9, 2012 Author Posted December 9, 2012 oh ok, that's a good idea. I seem to be in now so i'll try to stay in! Quote
SLW210 Posted December 10, 2012 Posted December 10, 2012 I moved your thread to the Feedback forum. Sounds like you are dumping your cookies. (That doesn't sound good!) Quote
AutoCad Student Posted December 10, 2012 Author Posted December 10, 2012 Turns out for some reason it was Explorer that was the problem. I switched over to Fire Fox and it works perfect now. I guess it was a cookie issue. Quote
