line in union

Hi,

 

Whenever i try to union two solid objects, there is a line between the two objects even after they are in union. How can i avoid the line?

The answer may be influenced by the geometry of the solids in discussion. Can you post the drawing containing those or at least a picture?

I have attached the image where union selected is one entity but still there is a line showing. I have marked the line with the cloud.

Maybe it is the original 2D geometry you used to create the 3D object in the first place.

 

What is the system variable DELOBJ currently set to?

Or a slight misalignment in the unioned geometry.
