Are there objects in the template or is it blank with only settings, layer names, etc.

So start a new drawing using the proper template, then copy and paste from the first drawing into the new drawing.

i dont know whats wrong but its only copying some parts

Layers locked in old drawing? Layers frozen in new drawing?

I was able to copy it fine into the template.

If you are talking about getting the split screen setup into the template, type VPORT when in the template model space and you can set it up from there.

In paperspace you may need to adjust your viewports to a bigger scale (i.e. make the objects smaller) as they are not going to fit on the sheet.

You may have to use the SECTIONPLANE command if you want to generate all three views from one solid model.

Although it appears you went through the trouble of creating a 3D solid model of the cut-away view.

I tried using View Base and the two solid models you created (after putting one of them on its own layer) but I did not get the expected results. Almost but not quite. So I would not recommend that as a viable method.

You should open both drawings and copy and paste the borders from the template into your drawing rather than the other way around.
