Serialz Posted December 3, 2012 Posted December 3, 2012 Hey all! First of all I want to say that I'm completely new in Autocad and sorry if posting in wrong section. Currently I'm encountering a little problem on setting up a tolerance (marked in red).I've opened a 'Tolereance' window on my acad12 tried many options, but all I get is little table i have to drag. I guess I'm doing something wrong. Tried searching on google, forums but didn't find anything usefull. So any tips, hints, links are welcome! Quote
ReMark Posted December 3, 2012 Posted December 3, 2012 Tolerances are handled in your dimension style. There is a tab named Tolerances. ...or... Ribbon: Annotate > Dimensions > dropdown > Tolerance icon. Quote
rkent Posted December 3, 2012 Posted December 3, 2012 That is a slope designation not a tolerance Quote
Serialz Posted December 3, 2012 Author Posted December 3, 2012 Thanks a lot! I'll check it out as soon as I'll get back. Quote
JD Mather Posted December 3, 2012 Posted December 3, 2012 You have a rise of 1mm over a distance of 10mm. Draw a horizontal line 10mm long. at the left end (relative to that image) draw a vertical line 1mm. Now dray the angle line connecting the open end of the triangle. This angled line gives you the slope. Trim or extend the line as needed. Quote
