Move Command Acting Like Stretch

Whenever I use the move command on a line or series of lines that are touching other lines, the lines that aren't part of my selection move with that one line.

Here's a series of screenshots showing what I mean. I can't move just that line without moving the other lines around it. Quite frustrating.

 

Anybody know how to fix this?

I sort of solved it I think. If I select all my lines and type "delconstraint" then the move command works correctly. Once in a while I have to do that command again. I'm sure theres a way to turn off constraints completely but I'm not sure how.

Try setting the following system variable to a value of "0". Do so at the command line.
