How to create this baseline dimension style in Inventor 2008?

Please help. This is my company format. I need to find out how to set the following format. Thanks. If you know how to do it in other version, please tell me too. I guess different version would still use similar style setting method.

That is called ordinate dimensioning - not baseline. There is a baseline dimension style too, and that is not it.

Have you tried the Ordinate Dimensioning tool in Inventor?
