Does anyone know of a way to automatically insert the arc like the picture? Is there a setting somewhere that will do this? Right now when we have a location that cannot accomodate the text we are drawing an arc and grip moving the dim text to the new location. I am trying to find a more automated way to handle these types of situations.

Easily accomplished on the FIT tab of your DIMENSION STYLE MANAGER.

Automatically creating a LEADER is easy, unfortunately you will not be able

to make it an arc from the native options. It could probably be done with a lisp,

if the leader being an arc is more important than the ease of creating a

consistent leader quickly.

Once created you can reposition the text with leader to an alternate position.
