If it is software with a hardware dongle lock (which I hate personally), you won't be able to access the code/probably not write code to mimic the lock even (technically I beleive it is possible althoguh it is rather involved), certainly not without it violating the copyright/license of the dongle hardare locekd software. What is the program name? There are many software programs that use hardware dongle locks. Quote

The LISP will draw various sizes of: Pipe (plan/elevation) Flange (plan/elevation) Elbow (plan/elevation) Tee (plan/elevation) All are drawn using measurements taken from the American National Standards Institute (ANSI). I hope it is of some use.
