Attributes visibility with dynamic block

I need some help with this dynamic block.

The visibility states are not working properly and always show the attributes.

I'll be grateful for your help.

In the test mode works fine, but when I insert it in a new drawing, attributes are always visible eventhough the visibility state changes.
